A single large tablet of wet clay is sliced in two with a handheld wire. The undulating rhythm of the hands of the maker produce a wave like texture, each tablet produces two doors, perfect mates but complete opposites. Face to face and soul to soul. The work is then digitally recorded, scaled, and transposed in cast bronze The results feel both connected to source, and to the oneness of working collaboratively in spirit.
