DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT TO INTERIOR DESIGNERS?

Yes! Please let us know if you are an interior designer/architect, if you are working for one, or if you have one working for you. We offer a significant price reduction to the trades.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM COMMISSIONS?

Everything we do is custom, within the context of our own authorship, and mostly ordered from our product line. On occasion we love to engage in custom commission work if we get to design the piece from scratch. We won't however replicate someone else's work.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Often. We have our work professionally crated, shipped via truck, sea, or air (if requested) to nearly anywhere on the planet. We can also coordinate white glove delivery and assembly for you. And on occasion we have flown to be on site as well.  We also make extensive use of USMCA, and pass those savings right back to you. It's a good time to buy from friendly Northern woodworkers.

We make it easy. Just say where and how and we'll ship it. Please inspect the crate contents prior to signing for it.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?

In short, it depends, and is always good to check with us at the beginning of your order. Generally speaking we are on a 8-12 week lead time schedule.

CAN WE SEE YOUR WORK IN A SHOWROOM?

Yes!  Please email to schedule a visit with our own showroom or any of our partners, such as Matter, Egg Collective, Tiwa Select, Spartan Shop, or Jeff Lincoln Art + Design.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Do you like the work? Which materials do you like? Check the PDF tearsheets for price guides on each product page, is the price OK? Reach out for a quote!

We accept cheque, bank draft, and wire transfer for the moment. We take a 70% non-refundable deposit to get going, and 30% remainder on day of shipment. Our deposits are non-refundable as is the nature of casting bronze, cutting wood or stone, and working on something very specific for our clients.

Email our lead designer directly jeff@jeffmartinjoinery.com or give him a call 1 (778) 233 4035 for a quote. When he's not designing, prototyping, painting, or sculpting pieces he is also tackling sales for us.

CAN I HAVE A JOB?

Maybe! We need help! Email the shop at info@jeffmartinjoinery.ca with a CV, portfolio, and cover letter.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY/RETURN POLICIES

We offer a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as mechanical or technical failures.  Should this issue arise please reach out and we will have the part repaired or replaced.  We cannot be held responsible to the following: wear and tear such as stains, scratches or dents, damage caused by improper cleaning or care products or procedures, damage caused by environmental or weather conditions, changes to patina or color of natural materials.

We stand behind our work, and we stand up for our incredibly kind patrons. We do everything it takes to make sure your piece is better than you expected and we build our work to last for generations. We have made our small share of mistakes, and we have always done the right thing by our clients. You will be no different.

We will give you cleaning and maintenance advice for your furniture once ordered from us to ensure it retains its luster for years to come.

We don't however offer refunds if you decide to walk away from the project which is not completed. Nor can we offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the piece.  And it is your responsibility to open the crate and inspect it at time of delivery, as that is when ownership legally transfers to you.  We ship with extremely competent professionals only, but things can happen out of our control, in transit.  Please inspect your crates and the contents before accepting the shipment.

WHAT ARE YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES?

Well, we only use sick/standing dead or otherwise responsibly harvested lumber.  All of our components are made by good companies that have strong values which run right through our chain of distribution.

Additionally we plant 300 trees (1/3 of an acre) in British Columbia for each piece of work sold.  Be it a single glass object or a 24’ table.  Our goal is to give back more than we take.  In 2020, we planted 121,000 trees alone.  Roughly 134 acres.

And at the end of the day we stand behind our work.  We engineer and build things to last for generations, to us, durability is a core belief in environmental stewardship.

DO YOU HAVE A BUYBACK PROGRAM?

On a case by case basis, we do!  You can receive up to 40% of the sale price back in store credit of your item.  And we resell these items at a discount as well.  We undertsand that people move and spaces change, so we want to encourage our loyal client base to reach out if they want to engage in our buy back program.  It helps us reduce our draw on virgin materials, even if they are responsibly sourced.  Download the questionnaire here.
