MAEVE TABLE

The cairn where Queen Maeve is buried is 180 feet in diameter and 33 feet high of gathered and placed boulders, she is stood upright and holding her sword facing across the valley to her enemies in Ulster, under a mountain of chambered stones of 66 million pounds of mass.
Her identity is formidable, passionate, and stalwart. A matriarch for all of Ireland.
And this is the spirit and energy we wanted to preserve in developing a sculpted table. A composition of a wedge, or a mountain, or a cairn under handcarved timber tops replete with details of rhythmic undulating ears for listening and heartlines for passion. A unity of masculine and feminine energies developed from my own ancestral lines in Ireland.
